Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training is when a group of people come together for the
extra motivation of exercising with others while minimizing costs.

Small group personal training is an ideal setting to join with friends, teammates and co-workers as it strengthens bonds. For those looking to expand their support system, small group training provides an avenue to meet new people with like-minded fitness goals.

Groups range from 6-12 participants.

The Wilkes Barre Family YMCA has all your cross training needs. Our signature small group training program, Studio X, is led by certified instructors who provide cross training exercises based on constantly varied functional movements.

We pride ourselves on offering diverse options and cater to all fitness levels. We believe everyone deserves to be successful and we play games and have friendly competitions. We are a team environment and about all we create accountability and forge friendships.

For those new to exercise, rehabbing from injury or easing back into it after extended time off, the Wilkes Barre Family YMCA offers a reduced intensity options your cross training needs. You will receive all the same benefits of our signature small group training program, Studio X.
