Yoga classes promote flexibility, strength, & mindfulness. Various breathing techniques & poses combined to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and enhance general well-being. Mentally, regular yoga participation creates mindfulness, clarity, calmness, and helps with stress management.
What to Expect for Classes:
- Non-members class fee is $10 per class and can be paid at the front desk upon arrival.
Cancellations
- Class cancellations may occur based on any factor that may impact class success and/or safety.
- Classes will be cancelled with a minimum of 1 hour notice.
- To receive class cancellation and/or change notices, members must subscribe to a text service.
