METCON

METCON is metabolic conditioning via High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is an intense class designed to maximize calorie burn and increase stamina. Small weights and other pieces of equipment may be used.

What to Expect for Classes:

  • Mats are not provided. Participants may bring their own mat for any class.
  • Non-members class fee is $10 per class and can be paid at the front desk upon arrival.

Cancellations

  • Class cancellations may occur based on any factor that may impact class success and/or safety.
  • Classes will be cancelled with a minimum of 1 hour notice.
  • To receive class cancellation and/or change notices, members must subscribe to a text service.
