Cycling
Cycling is moderate – high intensity group cycling class. Classes includes climbs, sprints, and interval training for all fitness abilities. Instructors coach you and you choose your intensity based on how much resistance you choose.
What to Expect for Classes:
- Mats are not provided. Participants may bring their own mat for any class.
- Non-members class fee is $10 per class and can be paid at the front desk upon arrival.
Cancellations
- Class cancellations may occur based on any factor that may impact class success and/or safety.
- Classes will be cancelled with a minimum of 1 hour notice.
- To receive class cancellation and/or change notices, members must subscribe to a text service.
