Join us at Kirby Park and find your source of motivation. Our fun and friendly running group is open to all. Whether your just starting out, looking for a few buddies to increase you skill or simply want to learn how to run this group is for you!
Our promise to you is catering speed and distance so that everyone in the group finds their success!
Running provides stress relief and a general sense of achievement and satisfaction. In turn, this leads to gains in confidence and body image. We’ll get you energized and excited about getting healthier and toss in a bit of “social fitnessing” with distancing.
